West Country top worries

When Somerset Live polled thousands of West Country residents on how their town centres could be improved, among the top three complaints -along with crime and public transport- was the dire picture of closed and shuttered high street shops.

From as far afield as Clevedon, Keynsham, Gillingham, Minehead, Blandford Forum and Taunton, residents deplored the dreary sight of empty shops in once-busy town centres.

At Commercial Property Advisors (CPA) we share this concern, especially since the burden of high business rates can often be successfully challenged.

If owners of high street businesses, from hospitality to traditional retail, contact CPA, they can be assured that a professional and experienced team will take care of any appeal for relief to the local authority. All paperwork and surveys will be undertaken free of charge, on a "no win, no fee" basis.

CPA intends to play its part in helping to stop the decay of our local shopping and entertainment areas.
