Nothing in writing yet from the government on what they plan to do to help the retail sector with their high business rates, the decline of the high street has been apparent now for a number of years and it does feel like a very belated response to this crisis. Fundamental change to support the retail sector in this way still does not look likely, it is however good to see the stirrings of what could be some positive change to come.
